For Children

Sunday School for pre-school through 6th grade children is held each Sunday at 10:30 a.m. Taught by volunteers, the students learn the Word of God in a classroom setting, through activities such as crafts, singing and stories. Several times during the year, the Sunday School children have a special part in the worship service. Service to those in need is also learned through community outreach activities.

Toddling to Jesus Class

This fall we will be starting up a new Sunday School class for infants, toddlers, and their parents. Toddling to Jesus is an interactive class for infants and toddlers to learn with their parents. It is designed to nurture young children in their faith and help parents carry out their roles as faith-builders. We will have finger plays, songs, simple crafts, and Bible stories for the little ones. Each week, we will also have a parent discussion about raising our children to know and love their Savior in today's world. We will meet from 10:30am - 11:30am in the nursery on Sunday mornings. WOW (Worship on Wednesdays) is fun, fun, fun! Kids ages 2-6th grade are invited to come learn amazing Bible stories, play crazy games, make creative crafts, and eat yummy snacks. There’s even an adult class that you can send your parents to while you are busy! Don’t forget to check out the WOW store. You can earn tokens to purchase prizes by attending WOW, bringing a friend, and learning Bible verses. WOW meets Wednesday nights starting September 12th from 6:15-7:30pm. Kid friendly meals are served beforehand from 5:45-6:15pm.

Vacation Bible School 2008: Friendship Trek

Plans are being made for this year's program "Friendship Trek - Jesus, our Forever Friend" (a hiking theme). VBS will be held in the mornings to enable more children to attend, the week of June 9-13.

Vaction Bible School 2007: Quest for Truth!

In Summer 2007, the children embarked on an archeological exploration to discover the Keeper of the Truth Artifact with their friends Dakota Joe and his dog, Digger. After an exciting week of music, Bible stories, crafts, snacks, and games, the children learned that the Bible is the true Word of God and that Jesus Christ is the Way, the Truth, and the Life! The week ended with Dakota Joe's BBQ with games and an inflatable for the kids, along with a closing program.
