Confirmation

Young people in their 7th and 8th grade years begin preparation for Confirmation as adult members. Through a program of applied learning of the Bible and Luther's Small Catechism, these students grow in their knowledge of God's Word and Sacraments. The students meet on Wednesdays, at 6:15 p.m.

Junior Youth Group

For all youth in Grades 6-8! What we do:

  • Weekly Bible studies that make Bible stories relevant to junior high life.
  • Monthly fellowship activities
  • Annual weekend trip to youth conference (Quake)

Senior Youth Group

For all high school age youth! What we do:

  • Weekly Bible studies on real life topics.
  • Monthly fellowship activities.
  • Yearly servant events.
  • Every three years - LCMS National Youth Gathering
  • Fundraising, as needed.

WOW and Confirmation classes start again Wednesday, January 9, 2008 at 6:15 pm.

Junior High — Quake - The annual Youth Encounter Quake retreat will take place this year the weekend of April 25 - 27. We will leave on Friday, April 25th at 4:00pm from Trinity and return Sunday, April 27th around 2:00pm. Please refer to the information packet for a list of items to pack or check out the blog. Don't forget to bring something for "Crazy Dress Night"! Check out: http://www.youthencounter.org/ to find details on the location, schedule, hotel, and event activities.

Senior High Fellowship Activity — April 20th will be Youth Sunday followed by Pizza and God. Join us for a fine dining experience along with some fascinating conversation.

WOW (Worship on Wednesdays) is fun, fun, fun! Kids ages 2-6th grade are invited to come learn amazing Bible stories, play crazy games, make creative crafts, and eat yummy snacks. There’s even an adult class that you can send your parents to while you are busy! Don’t forget to check out the WOW store. You can earn tokens to purchase prizes by attending WOW, bringing a friend, and learning Bible verses. WOW meets Wednesday nights starting September 12th from 6:15-7:30pm. Kid friendly meals are served beforehand from 5:45-6:15pm.
